2017 Westerly Ambulance Subscription Memberships have been mailed to those who previously participated in the program. If you have not received your renewal or would like to enroll please contact our Administrative Office Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm for further details. 401-596-4375 ext. 0.

Please note an error that was found on our renewal forms.
If paying by credit card the amount for the 2017 Westerly Ambulance Subscription Membership is $61.50 not $51.50.
