Members of the Westerly Ambulance Corps endured pouring rain Friday evening during Corps Annual Memorial Meeting. The meeting, which was held at Dr. Frank I. Payne’s gave site served to commemorate the Corps fallen comrades. The somber ceremony was highlighted by the unveiling of a plaque honoring the organization's’ founder Dr. Frank I. Payne.
